The Gospel

The Gospel is the “good news” that God loves humanity and made a way to restore us through Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches that all people have sinned and are separated from God (Romans 3:23), but God showed His love by sending Jesus to die for our sins (John 3:16; Romans 5:8). Jesus, fully sinless, took our place on the cross, was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3–4), defeating sin and death. Through repentance and faith in Him, we receive forgiveness and eternal life—not by works, but by grace (Ephesians 2:8–9). Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved and reconciled to God (Romans 10:9–13).

Our Beliefs

The Bible:

The Bible is God’s inspired Word, given to reveal Himself to humanity. It is completely trustworthy and serves as the final authority for what we believe and how we live. It goes beyond human reasoning, yet it never contradicts it (2 Timothy 3:15–16; 1 Peter 2:2)

God – Eternal Creator and Redeemer:

There is one true God who has revealed Himself as the eternal “I AM.” He is the Creator of heaven and earth and the Redeemer of all people. He has also revealed Himself as three in one—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—existing in perfect unity and relationship (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10–11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22)

Jesus – Son of God, Savior, and Risen Lord:

Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The Scriptures teach that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and died on the cross in our place. He rose bodily from the dead and is now exalted at the right hand of God (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35; Hebrews 7:26; Acts 2:22; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Philippians 2:9–11)

Humanity and Salvation:

God created people good and in His own image. But through deliberate disobedience, humanity fell into sin. Our only hope of redemption is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. It is made possible by His shed blood and received by God’s grace. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, we are made new, declared righteous, and given the hope of eternal life.

The inward assurance of salvation is the witness of the Holy Spirit, and the outward evidence is a life marked by righteousness and holiness (Genesis 1:26–31; Romans 5:12–21; Ephesians 2:8; Titus 3:5–7)

The Holy Spirit:

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, equal with the Father and the Son. He works in the world to convict people of sin and bring them to salvation. He also lives in believers as a Comforter, Counselor, Helper, and Guide.

The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a gift from God for all believers, empowering them for service and witness. Through this experience, believers receive spiritual gifts and ongoing strength to carry out God’s work. While there is one initial baptism, believers may experience many fresh fillings of the Spirit throughout their lives (John 14:16–17; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:1–31)

Baptism:

Jesus Christ established water baptism as an ordinance for His followers. It is a command for all believers and is carried out by full immersion. Baptism symbolizes a believer’s identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4)

Communion:

Communion is another ordinance given by Jesus to be observed regularly until He returns. It is for believers and consists of bread and the cup, representing His body and blood. It reminds us of the new covenant and points forward to His return (1 Corinthians 11:26)

The Church:

The Church is the body of Christ, where God lives by His Spirit. It exists to fulfill the Great Commission. Every believer is an important part of this spiritual family.

God has appointed leaders to equip the Church for three main purposes: sharing the gospel with the world, worshiping God, and building up believers in their faith (Ephesians 4:11–16; Mark 16:15–20)

Healing and Deliverance:

Healing from sickness is provided through Christ’s atoning work and is available to all believers as a gift of God’s grace.

(Isaiah 53:4–5; Matthew 8:16–17)

The Resurrection:

We believe in the resurrection of those who have died in Christ and the transformation of believers who are alive at His return. This is the blessed hope of the Church (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; 1 Corinthians 15:51–52)

Judgment and Eternal State:

There will be a final judgment when all people will be judged according to their deeds. Those whose names are not found in the Book of Life will face eternal separation from God.

But according to God’s promise, we look forward to a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells (Revelation 20:10–15; 21–22; 2 Peter 3:13)

"Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end." —Ecclesiastes 3:11

Your worth is not defined by what you’ve done, what others say, or how you feel—it’s defined by who you are in Christ.

Psalm 139:13–14

“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.”

Truth: God created you with intention. You are His masterpiece.

Romans 5:8

“But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.”

Truth: Your worth is proven by Christ’s sacrifice, not by your perfection.

Ephesians 2:10

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”

Truth: You are not a mistake—you are His masterpiece with purpose.

1 Peter 2:9

“But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession.”

Truth: You are chosen, valued, and belong to Him.
